This website is operated by Akindu Abewickrama Hewa Thennagei, referred to professionally as Akindu Abewickrama, an independent website creator based in Sri Lanka.

When you submit my contact form, email me or reply to an email from me, I may collect:

- Project correspondence, agreements, approvals and payment records if you become a client

I use this information to:

- Manage website projects, invoices and payments

Providing information through the contact form is optional, but I need enough information to respond to your enquiry.
Who receives your information
Information may be processed where necessary by:
- My website-hosting, email and contact-form providers
- PayPal when processing a client payment
- The PayPal account holder acting as the official seller and payment recipient
- Public authorities where disclosure is legally required
PayPal and the PayPal account holder receive information needed to process and record client payments. The account holder’s identity will be provided in the project terms and PayPal invoice before payment.
I do not sell or rent personal information.
Where information is processed
I am based in Sri Lanka and access and use information here.
My service providers may process information in other countries, including the United States. Where required, appropriate data-protection safeguards are used. You may email me for further information.
How long I keep information
Enquiry information is deleted when it is no longer needed to respond or follow up.
Client and business records are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, meet payment, tax and legal requirements, and deal with legal claims.
Technical server logs are retained according to my hosting provider’s settings.

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may have rights to:
