We price against the site audit from onboarding — communal square footage, access complexity, frequency and any specialist requirements like high-level glazing. You'll always see the breakdown before signing.
Our standard agreement runs for 12 months with a 90-day break clause, so you're not locked in indefinitely if circumstances change. Shorter fixed-term contracts can be arranged for void turnover work.
Yes. Portfolio pricing kicks in from three or more sites under one account, reflecting the efficiency of shared account management and reporting.
Every operative is DBS-checked and directly employed, and we hold £10M public liability insurance across all contracts. Certificates are provided as part of onboarding.
Your account manager can reschedule or skip a visit with 24 hours' notice at no charge — useful around building works or access restrictions.
